For those who with "Student" resident status, you cannot work part-time after you graduate from the school while you have a permission to work part time (shikakugai katsudo kyoka). Your status as a student is no longer valid once you graduate from the school even if you still have time until the expiry date of your residence card. One step forward: Japan to loosen quarantine rules for fully vaccinated arrivals from October.

On the other hand, travelers to Japan should follow the quarantine rules as described in the pledge submitted upon entry; otherwise, the violators' names and other information are released to public in the dedicated page:

As written on the pledge, those listed can be subject to revocation of their status of residence and deportation proceedings.

The self-isolation period will be reduced to 10 days and can be observed at home, although a positive test on the 10th day would extend the quarantine.

Information sharing on corona vaccine availability/appointment open to Yokohama residents held at Rakuten (Futakotamagawa office)

You can make appointment for corona vaccine held at Rakutan Crimson House at 1-14-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo (4 min walk from Futakotamagawa station) if you meet the following requirements:
1) You are aged 12 or older (children aged between 12 and 13 must be accompanied by their parent)
2) You are a resident of Yokohama-shi
3) You never had a corona vaccine (you are not eligible if you had your 1st shot at another place)
4) You can come for the 2nd shot at the same time/place 4 weeks after your 1st shot; you can have your corona vaccines twice there

Schedule:
Schedule A: 1st shot on Sep. 3 (Fri), 2nd shot on Oct. 1 (Fri)
Schedule B: 1st shot on Sep. 4 (Sat), 2nd shot on Oct. 2 (Sat
Schedule C: 1st shot on Sep. 5 (Sun), 2nd shot on Oct. 3 (Sun)

Information on vaccine passport

How to apply differs by the public office (ward office/city hall) of your registered residence.

For Minato-ku (Tokyo) residents, you can apply by scanning QR code or sending application documents by postal mail.

Online application (scanning QR code with sufficient documents uploaded) is faster to receive your vaccine passport than applying by postal mail (according to the staff at Minato ward office yesterday). You can receive a set of application document with return address sheet that does not require postal stamp at Minato ward office (city hall).

The vaccine passport is issued in Japanese and English, but limited countries accept Japan's vaccine passport as of now.
