Introduction:
Our goal is to be as flexible and accessible as possible. Every situation is different, so even if you’re not sure whether your request is something we normally handle, please reach out and ask!
Our services include:
• Face-to-face interpretation for hospital and veterinary visits
• Document translation
• Assistance with appointments and other situations where language support is needed
• Emergency and short-notice requests whenever availability allows
What makes us different?
Transportation Assistance
For clients without transportation, we can provide pick-up and drop-off services. Additional fees may apply depending on the location, so please ask us for details.
Emergency & Short-Notice Requests
We understand that unexpected situations happen. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.
Community Support
We believe language should never prevent someone from getting the help they need. We’re also working toward offering volunteer interpretation support for larger community events in the near future.
Most importantly, just ask us.
