Birth name Owami Joshua Morris Mthembu (20), Alpha Da WolF is an aspiring artist born and raised in the province of KZN in South Africa. From the location/city district of Clermont right outside of Durban this young visionary was introduced to the ever changing atmosphere of the Music Industry at an early age, taking a liking to rock n roll, pop, and soul music from an early age. The young artist notes that at the tender age of 12 he started taking a liking to the rap/hip hip genre after he was introduced to the more mature sound by his elder cousin. This would spark a passionate spirit to partake in the making of music after being invited to a few local shows by his cousin, not long after the youngster decided to give ra**ng a shot, which has proven to be the most crucial decision of his lifetime as this has, as the Alpha puts it, has expanded his knowledge and taste of the musical genre in coordinationwith the hip-hop genres ever changing styles. The artist specifically specialises in the pop-rock, emo trap and alternative styles of music and has noted that this is what differs him to other artists in the industry. Yet to break into the game Alpha describes himself as a masterpiece in process, with associated acts such as the likes of Godzilla MMfundo PhungulaPMfundo Phungula Godly RBE and many other local talented artist, this young act promises to be one of the games most surprising artist who will pop from the underground. Alphas inspirations are many new age artist as long as old school ones ranging from the likes of Sean Jay-Z Charter, Dwayne Lil Wayne Charter to more newer faces in the industry such as LilLil U*i Verttt Trippie redd and the likes of Phora and NF which gives this rapper the gimmick of a triumphant but depressed teen finding his way in the world whilst dealing with being very different from normal society, Alpha the WolF has yet to drop a debut tape or a leading single but still has made a recognisable name among many local talents.
