【本が出版されました】(English follows: a co-authored book just published in Japanese)
弊社代表 荻原直紀による共著「ダイナモ人を呼び起こせ」が日経BPより3/15に発売されました。いつの世も、価値を生み出すのは、問題意識と志を持ち、主体的に動いてコトを起こす「ダイナモ(発電機型人材)」です。
しかし、これまでの経営は、「イノベーション」と叫びながら、貴重なダイナモを排除してきました。ダイナモを育み・活かす経営に変わらないといけません。そして、その転換は、知識創造の原則(プリンシプル)に基づく経営を取り戻すことでもあります。また、ダイナモ的に生きる・働くことは、知識社会におけるキャリア形成でもあるのです。

"Dynamo Revolution," co-authored by Managing Director, Naoki Ogiwara has been released by Nikkei on March 15. "Dynamos," people with passion, aspiration and energy inside have been always the engines of innovation.
However, management systems have excluded the dynamos. Now, it is the time to change the management principles from excluding to nurturing and leveraging them. This also means bringing the principles of knowledge creation to the center of management. Living and working as dynamos is also a way to build a career in the knowledge society. This is the main themes of this book.
