FOREIGN COMPANY INTO LUXURY INDUSTRY (TOKYO)
FINANCIAL ANALYST
MISSION
Effectively manage the Group Cash Management & Funding
Maintain and monitor Group sales database and prepare reports and analyses.
Assist in Group coordination projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in managing the Group Cash Pooling System by analyzing cash forecasts collected from the affiliates, controlling and monitoring daily cash position, and by procuring sufficient level of funds from bank facilities and/or Commercial Papers based on short-term and mid-term funding plans.
- Prepare sales reports, management reports, etc of the affiliates in Japan for Management (Japan & Europe). In this respect, consolidate, review and analyze sales data of the affiliates, monitor information on department stores and competitors, and collect and summarize general information on the Japanese economy and market.
- Prepare presentations on group results, competitors, and the Japanese business environment to visiting executives.
- Collect and assist in analyzing credit information on companies for credit risk management of the Group.
- Prepare periodic budget
- Participate to or lead project in the finance field.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in various projects such as:
• Group tax analysis
• Insurance renewals
• Pension actuarial accounting, asset investment analysis
• Internal control such as, BCP/DRP
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor degree, with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting
Experience:
- Approximately 3-years work experience in finance, accounting, auditing or business analysis of a corporation
Skills/Abilities:
- More than intermediary computer skills (Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Ability to prioritize multi-tasks and control deadlines.
- Analytical and planning skills

Language:
- English communication skills: 800 in TOEIC is must
