ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ကုမ္ပဏီသည် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံတွင် တရားဝင် တည်ထောင်ထားပြီး နိုင်ငံခြားသား အလုပ်အကိုင် မိတ်ဆက်လုပ်ငန်းကို တရားဝင်လိုင်စင်ဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်နေသော ကုမ္ပဏီဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီလ (၁၇)ရက်နေ့မှစတင်၍ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ကုမ္ပဏီအမည်၊ လိုဂို နှင့် စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များကို Facebook (Meta) Business Page အဖြစ် တရားဝင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားပါသည်။
သို့ရာတွင် မကြာသေးမီ၂၀၂၆ခုနှစ် မတ်လ ၁၃ရက်နေ့အတွင်းကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် ဆက်စပ်မှုမရှိသော လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်အချို့မှ
• ကုမ္ပဏီအမည်၊ လိုဂို နှင့် အချက်အလက်များကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ Screenshot ရိုက်ယူခြင်း
• Founder ၏ Private Account ကို ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရှိဘဲ Screenshot ရိုက်ယူခြင်း
• မမှန်ကန်သော အကြောင်းအရာများဖြင့် Social Media ပေါ်တွင် ဖြန့်ဝေတင်ပြခြင်း
• ဂျပန်ရောက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားများ၏ Social Media Group များတွင် အများပြည်သူ၏ ယုံကြည်မှု ပျက်ပြားစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း
တို့ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့မှ တွေ့ရှိထားပါသည်။
အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ လုပ်ရပ်များသည် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေအရ အောက်ပါ ပြစ်မှုများတွင် ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည် —
• အသရေဖျက်မှု (Defamation)
• စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း အနှောင့်အယှက် ပြုလုပ်မှု
• မမှန်သတင်း ဖြန့်ဝေ၍ အများပြည်သူ၏ ယုံကြည်မှု ပျက်ပြားစေမှု
• Social Media / Internet အသုံးပြုမှုနှင့်ဆိုင်သော ဥပဒေချိုးဖောက်မှု
ထို့ကြောင့် အထက်ဖော်ပြပါ လုပ်ရပ်များတွင် ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်နေသူများအား
ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ၏ ဥပဒေအရ တရားဝင်အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်မည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ရှေ့နေ (弁護士) မှတစ်ဆင့် တရားဝင် ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် အထက်ပါ အကြောင်းအရာများကို ဆက်လက်ဖြန့်ဝေခြင်း၊ မမှန်သတင်းများ ပြန့်ပွားစေရန် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းများအားလည်း တရားဝင် အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Official Notice
Our company is a legally established Japanese company operating in the field of foreign employment placement services with the appropriate licenses.
Since January 17, 2025, our company name, logo, and related information have been officially registered as a Facebook (Meta) Business Page.
Recently, we have discovered that certain individuals who are not affiliated with our company have:
• Taken screenshots of our company name, logo, and business information without permission
• Taken screenshots of the Founder’s private account without authorization
• Distributed and posted false or misleading information on social media
• Shared such content in Myanmar community social media groups in Japan with the intention of damaging the reputation and credibility of our company.
Such actions may constitute violations under Japanese law, including but not limited to:
• Defamation
• Interference with business operations
• Spreading false information that damages public trust
• Violations related to misuse of online and social media platforms
Therefore, our company hereby formally notifies that individuals involved in such activities may be subject to legal action under Japanese law.
If necessary, the matter will be handled through our legal counsel (attorney) and appropriate legal measures will be taken.
We also strongly warn that any further dissemination or reproduction of such false or unauthorized content will result in legal consequences.

公式声明（重要なお知らせ）
当社は、日本国内において正式に設立され、外国人材の職業紹介事業を適法な許可のもと運営している日本企業です。
2025年1月17日より、当社の会社名、ロゴ及び関連情報は Facebook（Meta）Business Page として正式に登録されています。
しかしながら、最近、当社とは一切関係のない一部の個人により、以下の行為が確認されました。
• 当社の 会社名、ロゴ、事業情報を無断でスクリーンショット取得しSNSへ投稿する行為
• 当社 Founder のプライベートアカウントを無断でスクリーンショット取得する行為
• 事実と異なる情報を SNS上で拡散する行為
• 日本在住ミャンマー人コミュニティのSNSグループ等において 当社の信用を毀損する目的で拡散する行為
これらの行為は、日本の法律において以下に該当する可能性があります。
• 名誉毀損
• 業務妨害
• 虚偽情報の拡散による信用毀損
• インターネット・SNS利用に関する違法行為
そのため、当社はこれらの行為に関与した者に対し、日本の法律に基づき厳正に法的措置を取る可能性があることを正式に通知いたします。
必要に応じて、当社の顧問弁護士を通じて対応を行う予定です。
また、今後同様の内容の投稿や拡散行為が確認された場合、法的責任を追及する場合があります。
