あなたは普段、自分の時間を
誰のために使っていますか？

自分のために使っていますか？

または、
自分の時間の使い方に
主導権を持っていますか？

自分の時間を自分のために使えない、
あるいは
自分の時間の使い方を自分で決められないと、
心から満たされた人生にならないそうです。

本当にその通りだと思います。

朝起きる時間、
その日働く時間、
次の休暇はいつ取るか、
今日遠出をして友人に会いに行くかどうか...

などを自分で決められなかった頃は
あまりにも窮屈、
かつ無機質で、
何のための人生なのか
分からなくなっていました。

だから、
時間の主導権を取り戻した自分を
とても誇りに思います😌✨

Who do you usually spend your time for?

Do you spend it for yourself?

Or do you have control over how you spend your time?

I once heard that if you can’t spend your time for yourself, or if you can’t decide how to use your own time, it’s hard to live a truly fulfilling life.

I believe that’s absolutely true.

There was a time when I couldn’t decide for myself:
what time to wake up,
how long to work that day,
when to take my next vacation,
or whether to take a trip to see friends today…

Life felt so restrictive and mechanical
that sometimes I wondered what I was even living for.

That’s why I’m so proud of myself
for taking back control of my time.
