I would actually like to set up more microphones
on the toms, snare bottom, and other parts,
but it would never end,
so I've decided to limit it to four.

I tried recording snare drums from various angles using an AUDIX microphone.

Which setting is your favorite?

This setup may be fine for recording demo recordings without needing to use expensive condenser microphones.

If you ever find yourself losing the plug
for your in-ear monitors every time you shift your seat,

I feel like this is a common problem for
drummers and keyboardists,
but is anyone interested?

STEREO miking test🎧
with MXL606

When recording with just a bass drum and two microphones,
what's the best way to set up an ambient microphone?
Not just about miking, but if you have any recommended microphones,
please let me know☺︎

You can really hear the difference when listening with headphones🎧

SM57 miking test
I feel like the difference becomes even clearer when I add bass sounds to the snare tone test video,
but what do you think?
