The security situation across the Sahel is deteriorating rapidly, threatening peace and security in West Africa's coastal States the Security Council has warned.The Security Council condemning the deliberate targeting and exploitation of women and girls, the targeting of INGO and NGO staff and those caught in the crossfire.

One INGO took a step to safeguard their staff and invited HORUS SECURITY CONSULTING to conduct Hostile Environment Awareness Training.
