The book has come to life!

I am excited to announce that The Life Between the Lines: Memory and the Journey of Becoming is now available.

What began as a creative project in 1999 has now become a published book. I give thanks to God and to everyone who has supported this journey.

A Witness to the Journey of Becoming

Today’s reflection focuses on Professor Emeritus Olanrewaju Jones Moody’s foreword to The Life Between the Lines.

He describes the book as “not only prophetic and visionary” and commends it “for the education of the mind and edification of the heart.”

His words remind me that becoming is not a sudden event. It is a journey shaped by memory, struggle, resilience, faith, and the uncommon grace of God.

At 60, Dr. Adetoun Adebisi Oyelude reflects a life of mentorship, scholarship, and service.

Her new book, Cataloguing Memorabilia, offers professional wisdom, personal legacy, and lessons in excellence for a new generation of librarians.

Dr. Oyelude is also one of my mentors and lecturers. She helped shape my journey and broaden my international exposure in librarianship. I admired her early as a young librarian for her global outlook, determination, and commitment to professional growth.
