CLIENT TRANSPARENCY ☀️⚡
You arrive on site, full of energy, ready to design the perfect solar solution. The client welcomes you warmly, walks you around, and with a casual smile says, “I just need a simple connection.”
Simple, right?🙂
You ask the specifications. She mentions two standing fans, a TV, and phone 2 charging ports. Nothing heavy. Nothing demanding. Just a light setup for comfort😆
You nod, run your calculations, and confidently recommend a 1KVA system. Clean. Efficient. Perfectly tailored to what you were told - Installation is done. System is running beautifully. You leave knowing you’ve delivered quality.
Then a few days later… your phone rings 📞
Her tone is different this time. Slightly frustrated.
“The power isn’t enough. It keeps failing.”
You pause. "That system was well calculated. Something doesn’t add up."
So you revisit the site.
And that’s when the story changes…
You notice a 100L fridge humming quietly in the corner - not previously mentioned, an air conditioning unit mounted on the wall - definitely not mentioned before.
More fans spinning overhead. Outdoor flood lights installed, not mentioned before.
In that moment, it hits you—not as a technician, but as a professional trying to do right by the client.
This was never a “simple connection.” 😅
What you designed was perfect… for the story you were told.
But the reality? Completely different.
And now, the system is being blamed for failing a demand it was never built to handle.
It’s frustrating, yes. But more than that, it’s a reminder - Solar isn’t guesswork.
It’s precision. It’s honesty. It’s partnership.
It's understandable you might want to save a few coins, but client transparency is very important 💯
