This demands unique Chairpersons able to exercise stewardship, guide and lead their boards to shift from existing practices and mindsets, create agile boards that are forward-looking; able to respond to the rapid and unexpected change and enhance the use of digital and analytical tools while making every director feel genuinely valued, appreciated and proud to be associated with successful excellence.

For this reason, ACGAS Ltd has organized a 3-day workshop for Chairpersons who are committed, willing and available to lead debate and discussion on how to implement best corporate governance practices that will drive the competitive, performance and sustainable excellence of business enterprises in our region.

The participating chairpersons will engage in an objective debate on how the lessons of experience from the Covid-19 pandemic, the challenges identified and the unprecedented future risks will strengthen the capacity and capability of Boards to deliver the absolute most in results for Kenyans.
