Polite October Reminder
1. Water should be the first thing to enter your mouth every morning. Add electrolytes because they help transport water to where it is needed. Your kidneys are not WiFi. They do not work on vibes.
2. Avocado loves your heart. Eat it properly and with respect. A kilo of avocado oil costs KSh 4 ,500 for a reason. Do not insult an avocado while holding bread worth fifteen shillings.
