•Start using a cloud storage service. Upload redundant files to either Google Drive,One Drive,Dropbox or iCloud. Also consolidate your cloud sync accounts.
•For music collectors,Google Play Music allows you to upload upto 50,000 songs free of charge for streaming to all of your devices. This should free up some space on your computer or phone.
•Start managing your cables both at home and at the office to hide those tangles Tv and computer cables.
•Clean the surfaces of your tech gadgets including your keyboard or smartphone screens;they get covered in bacteria .
•Arrange you desktop screen or phone apps according to what you regularly use. This will increase your productivity and save time.
•Delete those unused extensions or plugins. Some of them introduce malware,spyware and viruses slowing down your browser. Delete your browser cache too.
•Add 2 factor authentication as a way of securing accounts in your most used sites and services especially ones that store your personal,business or financial information
•It is 2018,change your password if you've been using a single password to access your online accounts. LastPass does password management very well. Use it for sites that handle your personal,business or financial information.
