VACANCY: CARETAKER / WATCHMAN

Duties:
1. Security - day/night shifts
2. Open/close gate, record visitors
3. Minor repairs, report damages
4. Clean compound, collect garbage
5. Help tenants with small errands

Requirements:
1. Honest, sober, trustworthy - MUST have ID + 2 referees
2. Physically fit, can stay awake at night
3. Basic reading/writing for visitor book
4. Lives around Kisumu an advantage
5. Previous experience is an advantage
