Are you a recent TVET graduate looking for practical industry experience, mentorship, and an opportunity to grow your career in aquaculture, agribusiness, climate innovation, and community development?

G-FARM Aqua Solutions is offering internship opportunities to passionate and motivated young professionals ready to gain hands-on experience while contributing to sustainable development and youth empowerment initiatives.

About the Internship.

This internship program is designed to equip young graduates with practical technical skills, workplace exposure, leadership experience, and industry knowledge through active participation in ongoing projects and operations.

Interns will work closely with experienced teams in both field and office environments while supporting community-centered and climate-resilient solutions.

We are currently recruiting interns in the following areas:

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
✔️ Be a graduate from a recognized TVET institution
✔️ Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Higher Diploma in a relevant field
✔️ Be passionate about learning and innovation
✔️ Be willing to work in field and office environments
✔️ Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and teamwork
✔️ Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

What if fish feed could come from waste?

G-Farm Aqua Solutions recently attended an aquaculture training held on 2nd March 2026, hosted by AquaVin and sponsored by the County Government of Kisumu.

The training focused on sustainable aquaculture practices, alternative fish feeds, and innovative waste management solutions for smallholder farmers.

One of the key highlights was Black Soldier Fly (BSF) farming, an emerging and cost-effective solution for producing high-protein feed for fish, poultry, and pigs. Participants explored both the theory and practical aspects of BSF production, including the insect’s life cycle, organic waste utilization, simple rearing setups, and larvae harvesting.

This approach demonstrates how aquaculture can lower feed costs, improve waste management, and create new opportunities for youth and community-based enterprises.

Through continued learning and collaboration, G-Farm Aqua Solutions remains committed to supporting sustainable aquaculture practices and empowering farmers across the region.
