At Vessel of Hope Vocational Training Centre, we believe that practical skills create real opportunities. Our Welding Class is designed to equip students with hands-on technical knowledge that prepares them for employment, self-employment, and entrepreneurship in the metal fabrication industry.

During the training, students learn essential skills such as arc welding techniques, metal cutting and fabrication, machine operation, safety procedures, measuring and design, and construction of metal structures such as gates, doors, windows, and grills. The program combines classroom learning with practical workshop experience, ensuring that every student gains confidence and competence in the trade.

Meet Nancy Njoki Nduati, a determined young woman from Cherangany whose story reminds us that faith, courage, and opportunity can change a life forever.

Nancy first heard about Vessel of Hope Vocational Training Centre through her uncle. Her mother, trusting the vision of our institution, brought her to us believing that this could be the beginning of something greater.

With passion and focus, Nancy went through our six-month training model, mastering Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy. Her creativity shone through every step from class sessions to practical work, and soon she stood out as one of the most promising trainees in her group.

Today, Nancy isn’t just a graduate she’s a salon owner in Eldoret, providing professional beauty services and inspiring other young women to pursue their dreams through skill training.

At Vessel of Hope, we celebrate Nancy for turning her training into transformation. 🌟

Meet Sinova Adhiambo, a proud graduate from the Welding Department at Vessel of Hope Vocational Training Centre.

Denis was once employed as a shamba boy, but his employer saw the potential in him — a spark that only needed opportunity. She brought him to Vessel of Hope, where he trained under our six-month skills model.

Today, Sinova graduates not only with a certificate, but with a skill, confidence, and purpose. He has been one of our most disciplined, God-fearing, and creative students, always determined to learn and improve.

He now contributes to our production unit, earning an income while inspiring others that with faith and effort, transformation is truly possible. 🙌🔥
