JOB VACANCY: R&D and NPD Manager – Nairobi, Kenya

Addy Group Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturing company for an R&D and NPD Manager.

You'll lead product research, development, and innovation across dairy, culinary sauces, and chocolate/confectionery—taking new products from concept all the way to launch, while keeping everything aligned with KEBS and FSSC 22000 food safety standards.

You'll need:
A degree in Food Science & Technology (or related field)
At least 5 years' R&D/NPD experience in food manufacturing
HACCP certification
Experience with KEBS and Kenyan food regulations

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
