The Chief Conservator of Forests Julius Kamau was paid a courtesy call on by Headwaters Africa Limited Director Shadrack Kiprono and Amb. Dr. Tegla Loroupe, a renown Kenyan long distance track and road marathoner at KFS Headquarters, Karura where he expressed interest to partner with Kenya Forest Service through the foundation to enhance forest conservation as a means to adapt to and mitigate deforestation in the country as per the mandate directed by His Excellency William Samoei Ruto and mitigate the adverse effect of climate change .
