Being aligned and in the flow ensures maximum productivity and enables us to achieve significant goals in life.

You can not be in the flow unless you effectively assess situations, their impact on you and understand the necessary corresponding action that is needed to address and overcome the same.

When you experience a challenging situation;

Think!! Consider what the situation is about and how it is impacting you. What are your thoughts about the same because thoughts contribute to the perception you of the whole scenario and affects decision making.

Absorb!!! Be present in your emotional state. Take charge of your own emotions and feelings towards the same. Propel yourself positively as you navigate the situation at hand. Do not let your emotions get the better of you.

Speak!! Watch what you say concerning your situation because your words determine the quality of life you are living and will continue to live. Speak life!!

Listen!! Be open to feedback no matter how difficult this may be. Do not just listen to what is being said externally through people. Listen intuitively to the inner you as you connect to eternal truth that bears witness within you. Trust and follow your gut!!

Respond!! Take actions based on what you know and objectively handle situations without giving way to the need to prove a point of your relevance no matter the situation.
Remember you are simply aligning with who you are and what you need to be to overcome any form of resistance that is in your path.

When you are in the flow there is no resistance.

There is no resistance in thoughts and how you think.

There is no resistance in how you feel and the emotions you allow to take control of you.

There is no resistance in behavior and in what you do.

When you flow you realise that all that entails you aligns making you to be at your utmost as you set forth to do what you need to do when you need to do it.

Being in the flow allows you to effortlessly accomplish the impossible.
It is not by power or by might.
It is all by the Spirit that abounds in the universe that directs you every step of the way.

Being in the flow is the switch you need to turn on and have the success that you desire.
