MY FIRST PERIOD🩸🩸🩸🩸

I first had my period when I was at primary school in class 8. I was shocked since was the first born and my mother had told me , once you start your period you will get pregnant, she didn't explain anything to me hence I hide it from her and believe me she was told by my uncle the rest is story for another day

Being able to speak openly about menstruation is key in eliminating shame and fear, HENCE I started this after realizing lots of young people cant talk about issues pertaining their sexual and reproductive health and rights with their peers or parents
Today more than ever the conversation on SRHR is more open congratulations to everyone who has made it possible
