The young lady seen here,had taken su***de because of heartbreak!Taking of su***de,is not a solution!We know it is painful,but you need to be very strong in order to cope with the situation.Leaving a man or a lady,now days it has become like normal!You may find a lady/a man,talk,and have hope that now you are going to get married,but unfortunately one of the two may change minds!Before you take any action,know you have your parents,siblings,cousins,friends and all of these they need you and you are very special to them!You should not take su***de!If you can't get someone to talk to,get a place where your friends are go there associate with them or look for music and listen.Your minds will be okay.Those who frustrates others to the extent of taking su***de,God is watching and you will never find peace in your mind!If you are not ready,or you have someone else,stand firm and tell boyfriend/girlfriend,you have someone and let it be stopped there!In order to live in peace,let us all change for the better.

Critism:Is the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes.Matthew 18:15:If your brother sins against you,go and tell him fault,between you and him alone.If he listens to you,you have gained your brother.In the world,we have some people who like criticizing others for no reason!Bible says,if your brother sins,go to him and tell him his fault alone.Bible does not say,you go to a place where there are so many people and start discussing his fault there as we are doing now days.People like spoiling other people's names.Even if you try to make things right,some people must be there to criticize you,at work,at home and every place.In order God to prevent you from the critism,change for the better.

Depression:Is a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequcy and a despondent lack of activity.Deuteronomy 31:8-9,and you shall again obey the voice of the Lord and keep all his commandments that I command you today.John 16:33-34,I have said these things to you,that in me you may have peace.In the world you will have tribulation.But take heart;I have over come the world".In the world,we face so many challenges to the point where someone can be depressed.People may not assist you when facing challenges but God is saying that He is with you and will not leave you alone!If you are depressed you need to talk to a therapist,exercising more,talk to friends and turn to God!You can also change the environment if possible.Do not take su***de please because that is not a solubility of problems!Remember if you have a problem with your wife,your friends,parents,siblings,church,villagers and many people needs you.So,in order to know how to deal with the depression,you need to change for the better!

Today,we are talking about complain.Complain is away of expressing complaints (unhappiness).Phillipians 2:14-15.Do all things without grumbling or disputing.We the human beings,normally we are not satisfied with what we do or what we have.We keep on complaining,we are not satisfied with what God has given to us!Bibles says that we should do everything without complaining!You find someone,works somewhere but he/she keeps on complaining,"Others have good jobs but me I am struggling so much".Others are having good meals but me I am eating githeri".Bible says let us do everything without complaining,and in order to stop complaining,we need to change for the better.

Today,we are talking about"war,"It is the waging of armed conflict against an enemy.James 4:1-2.What causes quarrels and causes fights among you?It is not this,that your passion are at war within you?In this verse and so many verses that we cannot mention here at moment,talks about war,normally we know causes of the war in our society today:political differences,church leadership,money,pieces of lands,tribalism,poverty,lack of jobs,drug abuse and many reasons.Bible tells us that,we should only fight one enemy known as the devil(Satan).We should love each other and be our neighbors keepers.In order to be winners,we must change for the better and put away fights amongst us and fight only the devil.

"Suicide",Is the act of killing yourself,a person who kills himself intentionally.2 Samuel 17:23.When Ahithophel saw that his counsel was not followed,he saddled his donkey and went off home to his own city.He set his house in order and hanged himself,and he died and was buried in the tomb of his father.In the bible,we see six examples of people killed themselves,1.Ahithophel 2.King Saul 3.Juda 4.Abimeleck 5.Samson 6.Zimri.Causes of su***de:stress,depression,use of drug abuse and so many.Bible says,the most sin God will never forgive,is taking of su***de!Because no time the deceased will ask for forgiveness,once dies,goes straight to hell!Ways of su***de prevention,whenever stressed,depression,share to your close friends,have funny with friends,listen to music,leave the place for another place for a while (Mombasa to Nakuru),try to find solution.I hope we will reduce the cases of taking su***de if we change for the better.Soon,I will give out a clear explainability of this on A VIDEOS on you tube and on change for the better Christian ministry.

"A friend"Is a person who you know well and regard with affection and trust,the one who provides cooperation or assistance.Proverbs 18:24,a man of many companions may come to ruin,but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.Ruth 1:16,but Ruth said",Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you.For where you go I will go,and where you lodge I will lodge.Your people shall be my people,and your God my God.The topic is a A FRIEND,we make friends from difference places,in schools, place of residence,markets,place of work,in churches and many,many places.There are different categories of friends,there are those who are friends because they need assistance from you and once they get disappears immediately,there are those who wants to know what you are doing and start revealing to others so that to ensure that you are not succeeding in life,and there are true friends.In order to know a true friend,is the one always is with you in time of need and time you have.A true friend is the one who has no time or can't allow other people discuss against you.Never think everyone is your friends,get only one or two people to tell your secret,not everyone,others rejoices when you are in problems.The first true friend is God.In order to get a true friend in the world,change for the better.

"Guard",Is a person who keeps watch over something or someone.Proverbs 4:23,keep your heart with all vigilance,for from it flow the springs.Put away from you crooked speech,and put devious talk far far from you.The role of a guard is to ensure that all properties or people they are keeping watch,are safe.In schools,buildings,organization,hospitals,markets and many places,there are guards.Bible gives explainability that,what we need to guard above everything is the heart.How can we guard heart?By prayers,trusting and believing in God,putting away all kinds of evil,talking against our neighbors,loving every one and many.There are others who are guarding their friends,neighbours and relatives,they want to know where their friends have gone,what they do eat daily,what kind of clothes they wear,where do they get money from for their development,and imagine,no one pays them but they want to see their friends,neighbour and relatives are not succeeding.Bible tells me that,we should guard our heart and mind in order to see the Kingdom of Heaven.If you want to see the Kingdom of Heaven,change for the better and guard your heart than whatever you are guarding.

"Walking",Is the act of traveling by foot.Deuteronomy 5:33-34,You shall walk in all the way that Lord your God has commanded you,that you may live,and that you may live long in the land that you shall possess.In the world,we can have a walk to our friends,relatives and our family members,either to greet them or have other issues concerning live,we must ensure that all the ways/paths we use,is where there is enough security to avoid any kind of challenges which may occur.You cannot walk at night,the reason,you may find intruders.The bible says,whoever will walk in all the way that the Lord has commanded you,you may live,it may go well with you and may live long.Bible means,it is all the sins you put away.Be prayerful,faithful,trustful.Avoid fighting,use of abusive words,use of drugs abuse and many ways that may cause damage or death.We are told that our body is the temple of God and we should keep holy,and the only way to do this,is to change for the better.

"A driver",Is a person who operates a motor vehicle,for instance a car,a truck and many.2 Kings 9:20,again the watchman reported,He reached them,but he is not coming back.And the driving is like the driving ofJehu the son of Nimshi,for he drives furiously.Exidus 14:25.Clogging their chariot wheels so that they drove heavily.And the Egyptian said,let us flee from before Israel,for the Lord fights for them against the Egyptians.The bible gives a clear explainability about driving.We have several ways of knowing how to operate a motor vehicle.There are those who goes for a training in particular institution,and there are those who knows how to drive by starting driving their parents motor vehicles.A driver may operate a motor vehicle safety,and those carelessly.If a driver is carelessly,may cause damage,death and many,but if is carefully,will be safely.Which motor vehicle would you like to travel with,the one with a careless driver or a careful driver?For me,I would like to travel in a motor vehicle driven by a careful driver because I will arrive safely.I driver who is not a drinker,a driver who will not cause damages and lose of lives.This driver is called JESUS CHRIST,once you accept Him,you will live forever and ever more.The only way to use or enter this motor vehicle,is to change for the better.

"Protection",It is the of protecting someone or something.Psalms 91:3-5.For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.He will cover you with his pinions,and under his wings you will find refuge,his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.You will not fear the terror of the night,nor the arrow that flies by the day,nor the pestilence that stalks in the the darkness,nor the destruction that wastes at noon day.Bible tells us that,prayers is the only weapon we use for the protection from God.We cannot be protected by God if we can't take time for prayers,there are several obstacles in life,war,diseases,famine and many.Sometimes,we ask ourselves,why other people are enjoying life yet others are suffering?It is because we are lacking faithfulness in prayer hence we are not protected by God.God gives an opportunity to do something,but since we don't pray for whatever we do for the protection,we lose an opportunity.If we want to be protected,let us change for the better and pray.
