ABK serves as the national umbrella body representing bouncers in Kenya, mandated to champion members’ welfare, labour rights, professionalism, security standards, inclusion, training, governance, and adoption of modern security practices. BOUNCERS VS STEWARDS WHO IS SMART AND HONORED

A person asked me yesterday what a bouncers or VIP/Close protection security does.
They asked me are you trained or do people just have to look big and scary😂😂. Some are very big and scary and can just deter potential threats that away. But, I’m not that big or super muscular etc, and I don’t think I look scary at all, especially to the people that know me, I’m very polite and soft spoken, but trained in alot of real life principles of understanding I am, I’ve spent most of my life training various protection arts, and always willing to learn from others, my cup is never full, sometimes I think I know nothing at all.

Ex police officer must go back to school

Ex-Police Officer Hiram Kimathi Arrested in Meru Over Suspected Anti-Police Group Links

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Thursday arrested former police officer Hiram Kimathi at his home in the Kambakia area of Makutano, Meru County.

The arrest, which took place around 1pm, is believed to be connected to the formation of an anti-police brutality group known as Fighting Brutality and Impunity (FBI). Two other leaders of the group — Jackson Kuria Kimani, also known as Cop Shakur, and former KDF officer Patrick Osoi — are already in custody.
