Dear Professional/business/student Women and Mothers in Your 20s and 30s,
Let’s start an honest conversation.
Do you ever feel the intense pressure to excel in every area of life, while also being the one everyone else depends on?
Many of us are juggling more than we ever imagined.
The responsibilities we carry daily include:
• Motherhood demands; school runs, emergencies, fees, and constant caregiving
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding while striving to be fully present for our children
• Being a supportive spouse while meeting demanding work deadlines
• Navigating toxic workplace dynamics while still pursuing career growth
• Academic commitments , assignments and exams amid family responsibilities
• Managing household expenses, medical bills, and personal education fees
• Supporting parents and younger siblings
• Maintaining social networks and faith-based commitments
And then there are the workplace dynamics many women quietly navigate:
• The experienced senior female colleague who understands corporate power, and sometimes uses it to intimidate or undermine
• The paternal senior male mentor who offers guidance, but may expect personal favors in return
