MiMaji is Nairobi’s on-demand clean water delivery platform. Think Uber Eats, but for water. We connect verified vendors with customers across 30+ estates, delivered in ~35 minutes via M-Pesa.
We’re looking for an Operations Lead to own our vendor partnerships, rider network, and day-to-day operations on the ground.
This is a founding team role — real responsibility, real impact.
What we’re looking for: 2–4 years in operations, logistics, or field partnerships. Strong communicator. Nairobi-savvy. Hustle-first. Swahili applications are welcome.

WhatsApp and Instagram are your main channels. This role is for someone who can sell and create — not just one or the other.
What we’re looking for: 2–4 years in sales, marketing, or business development. Consumer-facing experience. Self-starter. Swahili applications are welcome.
