Jessy and John were both trained in process management
, systems integration, change management and six sigma. They had also undergone training in various fields of Modern Applied Psychology. They recognised the need for a business improvement training and consulting services company to support the growth and development of individuals and international companies operating in Kenya. Jessy and John both started their careers at Kenya Airways PLC which is where they met. Jessy began her career with Passenger Services in Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and John started working with Ground Services, JKIA Nairobi. It wasn’t long before Jessy moved to work on various business inprovement projects with John. Once in the various projects at Kenya Airways, Jessy was requested, right at the time when Kenya Airways was in the process of improving it's Guests' Experiece, to reasearch and come up with improvement initiatives. Jessy, being a Yellow Belt Certified performed exemplary. Jessy always excelled in her assignments. She was responsible for leading several strategic Passenger Services improvement projects and training initiatives. Since then, and since co-founding YPDC, Jessy has amassed 8+ years of business improvement, training, coaching, project management and facilitation experience. Jessy has also practical experience in Modern Applied Psychology in Counselling, Mindfulness, Life Coaching and Skilled Helping. While her true passion is personal development and Mindset Change Management, she thrives on training facilitation, customising curriculum and coaching clients to achieve results.
