On today's Business daily, Galana Oil Kenya missed out on a 8.7 billion tender because they were unable to access KPLC's e-procurement system on the last day of submission approximately 18minutes to close time.

They have since issued a request for review while being hopeful that they would be granted leeway to submit their tender which would definitely go against the principle of competitiveness in public procurement or may not be allowed.

Take away is, apply for that tender as soon as possible. Or better still, let us do it for you professionally as you concentrate on your core business.
