We work with property owners, investors, and corporate clients to provide high-quality, relocation-ready accommodation solutions tailored for business travelers, expatriates, consultants, and extended-stay guests.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and professional Property Acquisition & Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth of Nairobi Corporate Stays.

This role involves identifying and onboarding suitable furnished apartments and residential properties for listing on Nairobi Corporate Stays, while building strong relationships with homeowners, property investors, and hospitality partners.

The ideal candidate should be:
Confident and professional

Organized and self-driven

Comfortable conducting house visits and inspections

Strong in communication and relationship building

Familiar with Nairobi residential areas and furnished apartment trends

Key Responsibilities

Property Acquisition & Outreach

Identify suitable furnished apartments and residential properties for listing
Reach out to homeowners, investors, Airbnb operators, and property managers
Build relationships with property owners and referral partners
Property Vetting & House Visits

Conduct physical property inspections and assessments
Evaluate units based on:

Security
Internet reliability
Furnishing quality
Cleanliness and maintenance
Suitability for corporate and relocation clients
Property Onboarding

Assist property owners through the onboarding process
Coordinate listing information, photos, and documentation
Ensure properties meet Nairobi Corporate Stays standards
Partnerships & Business Development

Support relationship building with relocation companies, developers, and hospitality partners
Assist with marketing and partnership outreach initiatives
Help grow the Nairobi Corporate Stays property portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, property management, or business development preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage field visits
Familiarity with Nairobi neighborhoods and residential developments
Professional presentation and organizational skills
Social media and basic marketing knowledge is an added advantage

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based role with:

Commission per successful property onboarded
Additional incentives based on partnerships and portfolio growth
Transport and operational support allowance

Field visits across Nairobi residential developments and furnished apartment locations will be required.

The days of simply renting a furnished apartment, listing it on Airbnb, and expecting easy profits are becoming much harder in Nairobi.

Why?

Because the market is now heavily saturated.

In many areas:
- Supply exceeds demand
- Operators are undercutting each other on price
- Occupancy is becoming less stable
- Margins are shrinking fast

And when operators are only focused on surviving month to month, quality usually suffers:

• Deferred maintenance
