ECG & EASF Explore Strategic Partnership

Enterprise Change Group (ECG) was pleased to hold a successful and productive engagement with the Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) at the EASF Secretariat in Karen, Nairobi, to discuss ECG’s proposed strategic partnership concept.

The discussions explored areas of mutual interest, including **operational mental health, psychological readiness, post-deployment reintegration and recovery, leadership excellence and command development, workplace mental health, workforce wellbeing, and organizational resilience**.

The engagement also highlighted the importance of strengthening the human dimension of operational and organizational effectiveness, particularly by supporting personnel and leaders before, during and after deployment.

ECG appreciates EASF Director Brig. Gen. Ronald Rwivanga and the EASF team for the warm reception and constructive discussions. We look forward to advancing this engagement and exploring opportunities to strengthen resilience, leadership capacity, personnel wellbeing and institutional effectiveness across the Eastern Africa region.

Enterprise Change Group (ECG) held a successful introductory meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of The Nairobi Hospital to discuss opportunities for a strategic partnership focused on strengthening leadership excellence, workplace mental health, employee wellbeing, organizational culture, and healthcare workforce resilience.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to present ECG's vision of supporting healthcare institutions in creating healthier workplaces, stronger leaders, and high-performing teams. Strengthening Partnerships for Healthier Workplaces

Enterprise Change Group (ECG) was honoured to hold a productive and insightful meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital and members of the Hospital's leadership team to discuss opportunities for strategic collaboration in advancing healthcare workforce wellbeing, leadership excellence, and organizational transformation.

The discussions focused on a shared vision of supporting the wellbeing and resilience of healthcare professionals through initiatives in workplace mental health, leadership development, employee wellbeing, psychological health and safety, organizational culture, and research. We also explored opportunities to position Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital as a national and regional centre of excellence in healthcare workforce wellbeing and organizational leadership.

We sincerely thank the CEO and the entire leadership team for their warm reception, openness, and commitment to exploring innovative approaches that support the people who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Strengthening Leadership for Africa's Future

Enterprise Change Group (ECG) was honoured to participate in the Africa Young Parliamentarians Network (AYPN) Strategic Planning Meeting held at Ole Sereni Hotel, Nairobi.

During the meeting, ECG President Peter Hadwen addressed delegates on the development and implementation of the AYPN Strategic Plan (SP) and the Roadmap for the Network, highlighting the importance of a clear strategic direction, strong partnerships, and sustainable leadership in building a vibrant and impactful network of young parliamentarians across Africa.

On **11th June 2026**, Enterprise Change Group (ECG) successfully convened a **Workplace Mental Health and Wellness Awareness Workshop**, bringing together leaders and representatives from various government ministries, departments, agencies, and state corporations to strengthen leadership capacity and promote mentally healthy workplaces.

The workshop provided a valuable platform for participants to explore the critical relationship between **leadership, employee wellbeing, organizational culture, and workplace performance**. Through engaging presentations, interactive discussions, practical group exercises, and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants examined the importance of creating psychologically safe workplaces where employees can thrive personally and professionally.
