Strengthening Leadership for Africa's Future

Enterprise Change Group (ECG) was honoured to participate in the Africa Young Parliamentarians Network (AYPN) Strategic Planning Meeting held at Ole Sereni Hotel, Nairobi.

During the meeting, ECG President Peter Hadwen addressed delegates on the development and implementation of the AYPN Strategic Plan (SP) and the Roadmap for the Network, highlighting the importance of a clear strategic direction, strong partnerships, and sustainable leadership in building a vibrant and impactful network of young parliamentarians across Africa.

# # 🌿 Building Healthier Minds, Stronger Teams, and Thriving Organizations 🌿

On **11th June 2026**, Enterprise Change Group (ECG) successfully convened a **Workplace Mental Health and Wellness Awareness Workshop**, bringing together leaders and representatives from various government ministries, departments, agencies, and state corporations to strengthen leadership capacity and promote mentally healthy workplaces.

The workshop provided a valuable platform for participants to explore the critical relationship between **leadership, employee wellbeing, organizational culture, and workplace performance**. Through engaging presentations, interactive discussions, practical group exercises, and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants examined the importance of creating psychologically safe workplaces where employees can thrive personally and professionally.

Key areas covered during the workshop included:
