I am a certified human resource professional with over 10 years of senior-level HR and administration experience. Currently, I work as a consultant and trainer. I have extensive expertise in aligning human resource and corporate strategic initiatives within organizations. My core competencies include developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, training, and project planning. Additionally, I have experience in administration and operations.
I have successfully set up human resources and administration departments in both large and small organizations, as well as on long-term and short-term projects. Personally, I am known for my strong performance and my ability to connect individuals with diverse interests to work towards common goals.
I have worked internationally, including in the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan, as a Human Resource and Administration Manager, and I am currently based in Kenya. I am passionate about leading transformation in people and organizations through leadership and personal development programs.
I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Diploma in Business Management, and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship. I am a certified HR professional, a certified human resource auditor, an accredited HR practitioner from IHRM, and a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management and the Kenya Institute of Management.
