Shopping - it's when a person visits a store, mall or Internet to get information. The price and quality of various products are compared for the best value.
This is particularly strong in women😊

Buying - it's when a person goes to the market with the intention of spending money, at times with a specific item in mind & in other times without any idea.

So, in essence shopping doesn’t cost any money. It's a part of the decision making process.It teaches patience and discipline, two qualities needed for intelligent spending.

Listen if you’ re struggling

Avoid:
-Long processes
-Delayed responses
-Judge customers before responding to them
-Sending generic responses

Instead:
-Spend time listening to your customers
-Involve customers in decision making.
-Appreciate customers for providing feedback and engaging with you business.
-Research on your competitors to find out how they are doing it
-Appreciate customers for providing feed back and engaging with you business.
-Empower your customer support team on how to handle issues promptly.

Focus on these strategies for a month.

Start showing empathy, here's how;

-Continue empowering your team on how to resolve issues promptly
-Provide adequate resources such as CRM software, to ease the work.
-Provide training on problem solving and conflict resolution techniques
-Involve employees in decision making, recognition and platforms for feedback
-Encourage collaborations with other departments such as sales to identify escalating issues.
-Give breaks at the appropriate time.

Create a conducive environment for your customer support team and it will trickle down to your customers.

Customer service acts as a bridge that connects your business to a customer. They spend most of their time interacting and handling customer concerns. There are many attributes of good customer service, but let's focus on:

Interpersonal skills.

These skills help you to connect seamlessly with customers during happy and frustrating moments. How well do you pay attention to their struggles?

It all starts with the willingness to serve and a positive attitude to help a customer in need. You turn those challenges into opportunities to build a rapport.

How can you demonstrate these skills?
-Active listening. Listen to understand and avoid interrupting. Ask the right questions and provide prompt solutions.
-Empathy. Being able to feel what your customer is experiencing. Try to put yourself in their shoes and assist them better
