Do you know that KRA can get information about your rental property using your KPLC Meters?
Well,this experience was once had by a client of ours. The KRA got the meters and got the information about the property from the KPLC. They then back tracked the fine from when the meters were connected to the house, leading to a penalty of 12M and an MRI principal amount of 4M.
You can avoid all these by;
1. Ensuring that you pay your MRI Monthly and on time this will prevent you from getting any fines.
2. Incase of a penalty,take advantage of the waivers offered.
