Last week, AfriTrade Consulting Group, in collaboration with representatives from the Ministry of Investments, Trade, and Industry โ State Department for Industry โ convened in Naivasha for an intensive week-long report writing workshop on the Cotton, Textile, and Apparel (CTA) public participation process.
This milestone workshop followed an extensive public participation exercise conducted across all 47 counties, clustered into 16 regions. Teams comprising representatives from the State Department for Industry and AfriTrade engaged directly with stakeholders in Kisii, Kisumu, Bungoma, Kitale, Turkana, Garissa, Malindi, Kilifi, Mombasa, Voi, Wote, Isiolo, Meru, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Nairobi.
