INK Coaching was honored to participate in the Siaya National Polytechnic's 5th Cultural and Peer Educators Week, held from June 23rd to 27th, 2026, as a partner in youth mentorship and empowerment and to create needed awareness around the orange economy. Through the SANARA Program, INK Coaching engaged students from the TVETs and polytechnics that participated using the “Why Workbook” a transformative coaching tool that helps young people discover their purpose, identify their strengths, and connect their talents to opportunities within the creative economy. The initiative complemented the event's broader focus on youth development, bringing together stakeholders from health, education, government, civil society, and community organizations to promote collaboration, capacity building, and sustainable solutions for empowering young people as agents of positive change.
