Today, I had one of those conversations that remind you how far you’ve come… and how much impact you can have on someone else’s journey.

A friend of mine just started her career as a Virtual Assistant, and guess what? She just landed her first interview 🎉
Of course, like anyone stepping into something new, she had questions; What will they ask? How should I answer? Am I ready?

I smiled… because not long ago, I was asking the same questions.

So I shared with her some of the most common interview questions and how to approach them with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

And it hit me — sometimes the difference between fear and confidence is just having the right guidance.

If you’re starting out as a Virtual Assistant (or thinking about it), just know this:

A few months ago, someone joined our community quietly.
No big introduction. No loud opinions. Just watching from the sidelines.

One day, they reached out and said, “I don’t think I’m good enough, but I want to try.”

We talked.
We shared resources.
We connected them to the right people.

Fast forward to today — they’re confident, contributing, and even helping others who were once in their position.
