Earlier this week, I enjoyed spending quality time with young minds who will shape the future of the cooperative industry.
Our engagement was a reminder that learning should not end in the classroom. When students get the opportunity to interact with industry, ask questions and see theory in practice, they gain a different perspective on what is possible.
As leaders and alumni, we have a responsibility to create these spaces, share our experiences and help prepare the next generation.
The future of the cooperative movement is being shaped today and mentorship is part of that journey.
