Family is looking for a Female House Manager for a full-time live-in position in Nairobi.

The successful candidate must be ready to undergo 2 weeks of professional training before placement to ensure they meet the household's standards.

Salary: KES 20,000 per month

The ideal candidate should be experienced, calm, nurturing, structured, and confident in independently managing a household with a newborn/infant and a 5-year-old child, including:

- Providing attentive care for the family's infant and 5-year-old boys
- Supporting the children's daily routines and wellbeing
- Assisting the 5-year-old with homework
- Preparing meals for the household
- Cleaning and maintaining the home to a high standard
- Laundry and ironing
- Managing daily household routines with minimal supervision
- Maintaining household inventory and monitoring supplies
- Demonstrating budget awareness and responsible use of household resources
- Taking initiative in managing household responsibilities
- Travelling with the family during holidays when required
- Maintaining a calm, nurturing, formal, and polished approach within the home

Working Hours: As guided by the household's daily routine, with flexibility required due to childcare, household responsibilities, and family needs.

Days Off: Sunday

Location: Nairobi
Work Arrangement: Full-time Live-in
Start Date: August 2026
Training Required: 2 weeks of professional training before starting the role.
