Inflatable rubber core mold is a kind of expandable and contractile cylindrical bag, which is used to form the cavity of concrete members. When making hollow members, it is put in the middle and filled with compressed air. When the concrete sets, the compressed air in the bag is released, and the capsule shrinks and can be extracted from the cavity.It is simple to use, economic and durable. It has enough strength to withstand the pressure of concrete after inflated, which is unmatched by any traditional rigid formwork. It is suitable for pumping holes of reinforced concrete members, including pile, roof frame, roof plate column, beam, underpass and other components, which are widely used in: industrial and mining foundation, highway bridge and construction project.
