Politics aside,
Mental health is a global concern,Kenya has not been left out.
" A staggering 1 out of 4 persons who seek healthcare in Kenya have a mental health condition. Depression is common and there are increasing rates of substance and alcohol use disorders."

We cannot hide our head in the sand while this harsh reality continue to rob us of our sisters, brothers,fathers,mother's and friends..
Among the 284 level 4 hospitals, mental health services are only provided in paltry 29 of these hospitals, representing only 0.7% of the facilities.

We need to look into this issue and realize that it's okay not to be okay and SEEK help.
And this does not mean you are insane....life's events can be overwhelming and you do not have to walk alone.
