Features:on a slanting/sloping piece of land, staggered house design to achieve different levels, height difference from highest to lowest at about +6M

Fun fact:
Did you know, in order to best design on a sloping piece of land, a topographical survey is conducted by a surveyor in order to inform the architect on the variation in levels and in turn S/he is able to best utilise and design as per the landscape.

Every designer's ideal is to have your design hit the ground for implementation, it is even sweeter when the client is willing to implement every little detail without altering the design or cutting corners, others can get to appreciate your work and especually potential clients.

With the just concluded (customer service week) here at Great Spaces we work tirelessly to ensure our clients design wants are met,when a previous client with a chain of fast food restaurants in the CBD wanted a design for a new location, the design shifted compared to the one we'd done before,

With the structure of the house complete(mostly referred to as shell&core) the client is about to move to the next phase of the building process which is the interior fit out.
This is more detailed and more involving as it complements the exterior.
It is paramount to involve the architect or interior designer in all altercations and changes made, case in point the water tank was not part of the original design and this was a client and contractor decision but the effect is visually impairing,
But we live and learn which all part of the building process.....

With the year 2020 marred with the worst pandemic we've seen in recent times, it was even harder for us in the construction industry as the executive ordered a cessation of movement and so many other restrictions.
This however did not dampen the fighting spirit and we still got to deliver the newest branch for GT Bank in Nakuru County..
Fast foward, six months after the lapse of the D. L. P(defects liability period) the branch still looks crisp..
