Our client Agribora is seeking to recruit Sales/Hub Coordinators.
The agriBORA HUB/SALES Coordinator, under the general supervision of the AgriBora directors, ensures the performance of the assigned hubs. The coordinator will prepare, solicits, obtain offers and requests for proposals for input and output markets activities and transactions of the farmers enlisted in the hubs. In addition, the coordinator will oversee the performance and efficiency levels of revenue generation through sales of input and output parts of the value chain. The duties will include setting goals and targets and maintaining the sales inventory and records. The agriBORA hub/sales coordinator will be responsible for selling input and output products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations. Also, the coordinator will provide customers with outstanding support.
Requirements:
1. A seasoned Sales professional with at least 6 years of Sales experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a Field Sales context e.g. FMCG, peri-urban or rural settings, financial inclusion initiatives.
2. A strong leader with at least 3 years of team management experience in an environment that requires strategic and analytical thinking
3. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
5. Presents diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
6. Possess a strong client service focus, are a team player, and a role model for agriBORA’s image.
7. Experience working in a fast-growing start-up environment is a plus
