Performance Management & KPI session reminded me of an important lesson.
Many organizations still believe KPIs are only for sales teams. However, every position can contribute measurable value when expectations are clear and aligned with organizational goals.
Throughout the workshop, participants practiced developing KPIs for different functions and discovered that performance management is not about monitoring people—it is about helping people succeed.
