IMACT GLOBAL | OFFICIAL PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear colleagues and members of the IMACT international network,

We are pleased to announce the beginning of a strategic professional collaboration with Tristan Ikjun Hwang, J.D., M.B.A., who is joining our extended professional network as a legal and strategic partner working closely with H-Global Consulting (HGC) and IMACT Global Security Group.

Attorney Hwang brings extensive Korea–U.S. legal and international experience, including work related to military law, national security, corporate intellectual property, international contracts, public-interest and human-rights advocacy in Los Angeles, and cross-border legal affairs.

His professional background also includes policy-related experience in the United States and international governmental communication.

Beginning in September 2026, our cooperation has moved into active project ex*****on.

The first areas of joint work include transnational financial-crime matters, cryptocurrency investment-fraud allegations, international evidence analysis, financial-flow analysis, legal strategy, IP disputes, corporate risk management, defense and security advisory, and communication with overseas authorities.

Within this cooperation:

HGC / IMACT will contribute strategic consulting, OSINT, international information analysis, investigation support, crisis management, international networking, and evidence organization.

Attorney Hwang will provide legal review, litigation strategy, Korea–U.S. legal analysis, international contracts, intellectual-property advice, retrial review, and liaison support involving appropriate legal and government channels.

Together, we are building a professional cooperation model based on:
