"Nutricooked" a Spanish Style Bangus Sardines in prep for the culmination of my 72 hour fast; and embarking on a 90-Day Carnivore Diet Challenge.

Just recently I was diagnosed as diabetic after being pre-diabetic for so long. I have 6 maintenance meds prior to this.

I am making it public to push myself to see it through until the end.
Soon, I will be posting my daily Pinoy Style Carnivore meals.
