Kuwaiti public and closed shareholding companies are required to pay Zakat at 1% of net annual profits to the Ministry of Finance, under Law No. 46 of 2006.
The Zakat declaration must be audited by a licensed auditor and filed within 15 days of the fourth month following the end of the financial year — typically 15 April for companies with a December year-end.
At UHY, we help you file accurately and on time.
Are you ready to have your declaration filed ahead of the deadline?
