Brad is our Sales and Marketing Manager and has been with Heritage Holdings for 2 years. Originally from Zimbabwe, he has lived in Cayman for almost two decades and built a career in sales and marketing across a range of industries before bringing his vast experience to Heritage Holdings.

Before The Shores, there was an aerial photo and a black marker pen.

That’s how it started. A stretch of West Bay scrubland, and the canals drawn straight onto the photograph by hand. Everything you know as The Shores today existed as a sketch first.

What came after was years of dredging, digging and building. 100 acres of waterfront, with canals up to 250 feet wide, cut one at a time.

Plenty of people around West Bay will remember John Burke going past in the blue Suburban with The Shores on the door and 949-3428 underneath. He had been building here since 1971, seventeen years before he first developed The Shores in 1988, and the family has been at it ever since, with Kent, Troy and Craig running things today.

East End has a reputation for being far away, but look at what is actually on the doorstep.

Colliers Public Beach is a few minutes down the road and never feels crowded. Tukka East sits on the waterfront nearby. The Cayman Parrot Sanctuary is close enough to walk to on a good day, and the Blowholes, the Wreck of the Ten Sails and the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park are all an easy drive.

Health City is the other one worth knowing about. World-class medical facilities, right here in the district, with A&E, specialist care and a pharmacy on site. There is a Foster’s Express, shops, a gas station and a good handful of local restaurants nearby too, so day to day life is well covered.

And East End is only getting closer. As the East-West Arterial extends, the drive into town gets shorter, and land out here has real potential to appreciate as that happens.

This is what progress looks like at Breezy Palms.

It’s a road, we know… but it’s also an exciting next step for Breezy Palms. It’s the road that turns land into somewhere you can start planning to build.

Often land in Cayman is sold with a plan and a promise. At Breezy Palms the road network is cut and in place, the parcels are established, and the subdivision has the approvals it needs. What you see here is the difference between land that is ready and land that might be one day.
