ໃນວັນທີ 24 ມີນາ 2026, ທະນາຄານແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ ໄດ້ອອກຂໍ້ຕົກລົງ ສະບັບເລກທີ 251/ທຫລ ວ່າດ້ວຍການຄຸ້ມຄອງການເປີດບັນຊີເງິນຝາກຢູ່ຕ່າງປະເທດ ຂອງຜູ້ມີພູມລຳເນົາຢູ່ ສປປ ລາວ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ການເປີດ ແລະ ນຳໃຊ້ບັນຊີດັ່ງກ່າວ ສອດຄ່ອງກັບກົດໝາຍ ແລະ ລະບຽບການທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ ພ້ອມທັງສາມາດຄຸ້ມຄອງ ແລະ ຕິດຕາມໄດ້ຢ່າງມີປະສິດທິຜົນ.

On 24 March 2026, the Bank of the Lao PDR (BOL) issued Decision No. 251/BOL on the Governance of the Opening of Foreign Deposit Accounts by Residents of the Lao PDR. The Decision aims to ensure that the opening and use of such accounts comply with applicable laws and regulations and are subject to effective regulatory supervision.

ຮ່າງກົດໝາຍວ່າດ້ວຍໄຟຟ້າ ສະບັບປີ 2026 ຈະປະກອບມີ 14 ພາກ 9 ໝວດ ແລະ 176 ມາດຕາ

ທ່ານ ສັນຍາ ສົມວິຈິດ ຮອງຫົວໜ້າກົມພະລັງງານ, ຄະນະຮັບຜິດຊອບປັບປຸງກົດໝາຍວ່າດ້ວຍໄຟຟ້າສະບັບປີ 2026 ໄດ້ໃຫ້ຮູ້ວ່າ: ຮ່າງກົດໝາຍວ່າດ້ວຍໄຟຟ້າສະບັບປັບປຸງປະກອບມີ 14 ພາກ, 9 ໝວດ ແລະ 176 ມາດຕາ. ໃນນັ້ນ, ມີມາດຕາທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບການປັບປຸງ 86 ມາດຕາ, ສ້າງໃໝ່ 65 ມາດຕາ ແລະ ທີ່ຄົງເນື້ອໃນເດີມ 25 ມາດຕາ.
