-Providing full technical support to the account management team
-Preparation of technical slips, gathering quotations from the market as well as technical comparison.
-Handling the renewal and administration of existing general line policies.
-Follow up to ensure the completion of the renewals till policy delivery in accurate time.
-Have awareness on client business and insurance needs and visits on regular basis the key clients with the manager.
-Ensure the overall general lines customer satisfaction of the existing clients.
-Strong ability to identify and resolve real or potential problems in an effective and timely manner and logically analyze alternative solutions.
-Experience in producing policy analysis and obtaining agreement of wordings with the relevant underwriter.
