Property & Facility Management: A team of outstanding professionals are always available within the site, to ensure the janitorial services, landscaping, security, engineering and maintenance are being done.

Every new year presents LLC with the challenge to manage Victoria Residence project and make it look incredibly different between the start and end of the year.

Our goals to accomplish by the end of 2017 are the delivery of Block I and the supermarket, planting more than 100 trees and plants, and finalizing concrete works in Blocks K,L & excavation works in Block J.

Big goals for a big project!
