At B.A.S.E International, we have consistently observed that the real barriers preventing organizations from becoming truly intelligent enterprises — as defined in our 7 Pillars framework — are twofold:
1- The absence of a robust data architecture and/or trustable, reliable data foundations.
2- Limited AI literacy across the organization, which not only constrains potential but often becomes a primary source of resistance.
To address these structural challenges, we have developed a structured response within our methodology:
- On the data dimension, we introduced DataTrust, designed to reinforce data architecture, enhance reliability, and establish the foundational conditions required for intelligent systems to operate with consistency, confidence, and scalability.
- On the human and organizational dimension — and in response to the evolving needs of our clients — we have expanded beyond traditional implementation coaching and training.
While structured ex*****on support remains our core focus, we are increasingly enabling organizations to strengthen AI literacy and governance awareness across their teams.
This approach was recently applied in a two-day workshop delivered to a leading loss adjusting firm in Lebanon.
The sessions addressed critical AI risk domains, including model hallucinations, AI shadow usage within organizations, Prompt engineering and the governance requirements necessary to safely and effectively oversee AI adoption.
